JOHNSON & WATERVILLE PRESCHOOL SCREENINGS

April 25th or May 12th at the Johnson Elementary School

Who is eligible to attend preschool for the 2023-2024 school year? 

Preschool is for children ages 3-5. Any child who is a resident of Johnson, Waterville, or Belvidere and turns 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2023, is eligible to attend preschool.  

What to expect:

 One (1) parent per child- no siblings, please. Parents will fill out registration paperwork and get a chance to ask questions while their child plays with other children in the preschool space and is observed by the teachers. Teachers will interact with children to understand their development, language, interests, and readiness for a school setting. 

What to bring: 

Photocopy of your child’s birth certificate 

A copy of your child’s immunization records 

Proof of Residency:  1 document proving mailing address and driver’s license

Contact the school registrar (Tina Brown) to schedule an appointment. Please note: no child is guaranteed a slot until you receive a letter after June 1st.
